The next morning, after our first day in Little Rock, we went just west of the city and hiked the River Trail
And on this pedestrian bridge
From there, we drove a short distance to Pinnacle Mountain State Park and hiked the East Summit trail.
This is a strenuous hike, only about .7 miles, but straight up and climbing over rocks. The summit is beautiful.
Around midday, we drove about an hour to Hot Springs National Park, in Hot Springs, AR. Pictures are in the next post...
I really like that you include a lot of pictures. It really helps to get a good feel for the places you've visited. What a hike! Looks like some places in WV.
