June 2018 Utah Part 1 - Moab

From Colorado, I went to Moab, Utah to visit Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park.  There is really good hiking in both parks, however my favorite National park for hiking is still Zion.  Having said that, the scenery in both parks is still spectacular.  There are reportedly over 200 arches in Arches National park.

My favorite hikes in Arches are the Devil’s Garden hike (leading to the Double O Arch), the Delicate Arch hike (lots of elevation change) with a great view at the top, and the Park Avenue hike, this one is great in the evening when it is very shady and peaceful.
