August 2018 Tennessee - Gatlinburg


I flew out of Sacramento to Nashville where I met up with my friend Pat.  We drove to Gatlinburg and spent a week hiking in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and exploring the area around Gatlinburg.  We drove to Asheville, NC for a day trip (did not tour the Biltmore).  We decided to take the hop on hop off bus/trolley tour from the Visitor Center.  Asheville is an interesting city.  Here are some pictures.
